Summit Health’s Lab offers COVID-19 testing to asymptomatic patients. These tests are completed only for patients that have an order from a medical provider.
Please call our appointment center at 541-382-4900 to schedule your test.
- Patient will need to schedule appointment 4 days in advance of procedure (no sooner) unless otherwise instructed by provider.
- Patient will need to arrive at testing location at scheduled time and be prepared with a photo ID and insurance card.
- Patient will be registered as a patient with Summit Health – Summit Health.
- After testing is done, patient will be notified of their test result as soon as they are available via MyChart. If you do not have a MyChart account at Summit Health, patient will be able to sign up at time of check in.
