“Dr. Russell and his great nurse Karen Olson saw me on short notice and Dr. Russell gave me not only his exemplary care, but also the means to be seen, literally, I was short on $$.”

“I wanted to send this heart felt thank you to Dr. Ponte at Bend Memorial Clinic for her passionate care and expediting my admission to St. Charles Health System last Sunday. The medical teams from both facilities worked relentlessly for five days to save my life and make it possible for me to be “home” for the holidays. She is always cheerful in spite of the multitude of patients she sees who have many various complaints. Because of all of this, we believe that she has proven to be a great credit to her profession and certainly deserves all the accolades that anyone could extend to her. Moreover, last year we believe that Dr. Warlick and Nurse Ellen were very instrumental in saving my spouse’s life, and for that we will always be thankful.”

Received a phone call from a patient who wanted to let the highest person at BMC know what a wonderful job Dr. Arrington, Jessica Mortensen and Lydia Pease have been. She feels without their care and ongoing support she would not be where she is today! She feels her experience with BMC and staff has been over and beyond what anyone could ever ask for. She also wants to give kudos to thehyperbaric team for being so patient and understanding with her.
