Philosophy of care
Carlie is passionate about empowering patients to be an active participant in their health and creating a collaborative environment. She has a special interest in perimenopause and menopause care. Carlie follows The Menopause Society guidelines for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), ensuring her care is both evidence-based and personalized. She also gained valuable experience providing care at Planned Parenthood in Eugene, OR prior to working at Summit Health.

Carlie Baiocchi (she/her), WHNP-BC is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate care to women throughout their lives. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, March 2024. Carlie’s experience in obstetrics and gynecology began in 2009 as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. In 2018, she was honored by her peers with the nursing patient care award “excellence in shared decision making.”
Carlie moved to Bend in 2020 and enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing and exploring central Oregon with her family and dog Mochi.
