Rheumatology

Christina Bright, MD graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Duke University. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and her fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Colorado. Dr. Bright is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Rheumatology.

Dr. Bright’s special interests are in Reproductive Health and Rheumatology, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Osteoporosis.  She chose Rheumatology as a field because of the ability to form lasting relationships with her patients.  She enjoys not only the diagnosing of a disease but helping patients learn about their illness, weigh the treatment options and ultimately manage their disease over the long term.

In her spare time, Dr. Bright enjoys backpacking, running, hiking, cross-country skiing, cooking and spending time with her family.
