Dr. Ertan Esmer is a member of Summit Health’s Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team. Dr. Esmer is board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery with 16 years of private practice experience. He completed his undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at West Virginia University. His internship and residency training were also completed at West Virginia University.
He provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ears, nose/sinuses, throat and neck. He accepts patients of all ages.
His philosophy is to provide the same level of care that he would expect his own family to receive. He strives to treat his patients with precision, compassion and efficiency. “As an otolaryngologist, I take pride in improving the quality of life of those who entrust me with their care,” says Dr. Esmer.
Dr. Esmer is thrilled to be in Bend after starting and developing a very successful ENT department at a multispecialty group in Portland. He was named a “Top Doc” by Portland Monthly Magazine from 2014-2020.
Outside of work, Dr. Esmer enjoys mountain biking, skiing and spending time with his family and friends.
