Philosophy of care

As a head and neck surgeon specializing in cancer and reconstruction, Dr. Pang is dedicated to restoring his patients’ health and quality of life. After earning his medical degree at Johns Hopkins and completing residency at UC San Diego, he trained further in advanced microvascular reconstruction at the University of Washington. In his career, he has performed more than 100 complex reconstructions with success rates exceeding national benchmarks.

He has now brought his expertise to Central Oregon as the region’s first head and neck fellowship-trained oncologic surgeon, partnering with local specialists to deliver comprehensive, state-of-the-art care.
