Kara Prier, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at the Old Mill District Clinic, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to children ranging from newborns to teens. Dr. Prier’s journey in medicine began with her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, and later went on to attend medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Dr. Prier completed her residency at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Prier’s medical training further fueled her dedication to serve her patients with the upmost kindness and respect. “I believe my role is to provide information, advice and support to parents and children to help be a part of raising a healthy, well-rounded child.” explains Dr. Prier.
In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Prier enjoys spending her free time outside swimming, hiking, reading and gardening.
