Kaylie LaPlante, PA-C, is a surgical oncology provider specializing in our high risk breast program in Bend. She cares for patients with breast concerns, those who are at high risk for breast cancer, and patients that are undergoing breast cancer surgery. Following undergraduate school at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Kaylie attended Augsburg University in Minneapolis where she earned a master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.

When describing her approach to patient care, Kaylie prioritizes making sure her patients feel heard and are treated with respect. “I provide evidence-based recommendations and treatment plans,” Kaylie explains. “I believe that a collaborative, personalized approach to care is what makes a successful relationship with my patients.” She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping to answer questions in a way that makes patients feel like an active participant in their health care.

Outside of the clinic, Kaylie enjoys many outdoor hobbies, including hiking, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. She loves cooking new recipes, reading, and attending concerts.
