Nephrology / Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Before joining Summit Health , Dr. Tilley worked as the Nephrology Clinic Medical Director at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base. Dr. Tilley was also the Associate Nephrology Fellowship Program Director, combined Air Force and University of Texas Science Center. In addition, Dr. Tilley was an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of Health Science and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, University of Texas Health Science Center.

She completed a Fellowship in Nephrology at University of Texas at San Antonio and Wilford Hall Medical Center, an Internal Medicine internship and Residency at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base and received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Tilley is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and has trained with International ATMO for Hyperbarics.

Dr. Tilley’s areas of interest include acute kidney injury, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, golmerular diseases, renal transplant, and end stage renal disease.  There are many aspects of her job that she finds rewarding, but the most important is the long term relationships that she gets to build with her patients as they address the wide range of health issues that involve the kidney.

In her spare time, Dr. Tilley enjoys running, hiking, biking, but mostly spending time with her husband and children.
