Neurosurgery is an amazing career which has helped me to keep the perspective that life and well-being are precious!  Outside of medicine, I am a proud parent of two amazing teenage children who are the center of my life. I enjoy spending as much time as possible with them, while maintaining an active lifestyle outdoors and still pursuing competitive sports for as long as possible.  I have great experiences participating in mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, competitive shooting, hunting and fishing, mountain biking and skiing. I look forward to continuing these activities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
