Priscilla Villarreal, MD, is a Family Medicine provider at Summit Health in Bend and Redmond. She cares for children and adults, diagnoses and treats acute and chronic illnesses, and performs routine physical exams. Dr. Villarreal is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Villarreal completed medical school at the University of Monterrey School of Medicine in Mexico. She later went on to complete her residency and internship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the Oregon Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
When describing her approach to patient care, Dr. Villarreal says it’s most important that her patients feel heard during their visit. “My number one priority is to listen to my patient’s concerns and provide high quality medical treatment with respect, empathy and compassion,” she explains. She feels rewarded to use her training and skills to positively impact lives and help others.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Villarreal enjoys reading, baking and spending time with family and friends.
