Dr. Han values spending time with his wife and toddler. They love skiing, biking, and paddling together. Dr. Han enjoys cooking and grilling for his family and friends. He completed his first thru hike on the John Muir Trail in 2025 and can be found exploring the trails of Central Oregon.

He feels privileged to return to Central Oregon after completing medical training, having worked as a chemical engineer in Bend before medicine. Dr. Han is passionate about addressing rural-urban disparities in care. He is devoted to contributing to the growing medical community that is bringing world-class care to Central Oregon and communities east of the Cascades.

Dr. Han has broad interests across general surgery. He is particularly interested in the biomechanics of the abdominal wall and procedures involving the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, and colon.
