Elle Shields, DNP, is a nurse practitioner in our Dermatology department at the Old Mill District clinic. She specializes in treating adults and seniors, with a focus in cutaneous oncology.
Upon earning a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of San Francisco, Elle went on to complete her Doctors of Nursing at OHSU in Portland. She has a passion for educating her patients about cutaneous oncology, tips to achieving clear skin, and safety precautions (sunscreen!). “I believe in treating patients the way I would want myself and family to be cared for, with a strong focus on thorough patient education to ensure they leave feeling confident and comfortable with their diagnosis and treatment plan.” Elle explains.
When not seeing patients, Elle enjoys outdoor hobbies including skiing, biking, and hiking. She loves spending time with her husband and dog.
