Kristi Nix, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at the Old Mill District Clinic, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to children ranging from newborns to teens. Dr. Nix’s journey in medicine began while attending medical school at the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. She later completed her residency at the University of Washington.
Dr. Nix’s medical training further fueled her dedication to serve her patients with the upmost kindness and respect. “I believe in patient autonomy while providing up to date recommendations to support strong family relationships and healthy kids.” explains Dr. Nix. She has special interests in adolescent mental health and suicide prevention. She also provides comprehensive pediatric procedures including circumcisions and evaluations of tongue tie and breastfeeding medicine.
In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Nix enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her daughter.
