Layla Ericson, PA-C, is a physician assistant in our Urology department at the Bend and Redmond clinic locations. She provides personalized treatment that is tailored to each patient’s circumstances and well-being.
Layla attended UC-Santa Cruz where she earned a Bachelor’s in Molecular, Cell & Developmental Biology. She later went on to receive a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. Prior to practicing in Urology, Layla spent time in Family Medicine and trauma surgery. When treating patients, Layla says she seeks the trust of her patients and strives to create lasting relationships. “I understand that patients often seek care during vulnerable moments, and I deeply value the trust they place in me,” she explains. “I want my patients to feel empowered and heard, which leads to better outcomes.”
When not in clinic, Layla enjoys biking, skiing, and live music, as well as spending time with her husband and dog, Huckleberry.
