Sierra Miller, DO

Sierra Miller, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Old Mill Clinic, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages. Dr. Miller’s journey in medicine began with her undergraduate studies at Oregon State University-Cascades, where she earned a degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology. Her passion for ethics and human connection led her to Kansas City University, where she completed a Master’s in Bioethics, followed by her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Miller completed her residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center, earning several prestigious recognitions along the way, including induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society, the Outstanding Resident Award, and the Jack Walker Award.

Growing up in Eugene, Oregon, Dr. Miller worked as a 9-1-1 dispatcher, which ignited her passion for human connection and continuity of care. Her medical training further fueled her dedication to women’s health, sexual health, HIV medicine, addiction medicine, clinical ethics, and palliative care. “My practice philosophy centers on understanding what matters most to my patients,” Dr. Miller explains. “I establish personalized care plans that meet them where they are today and help them achieve their future health goals.”

In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Miller is an active mother of three and enjoys spending time with her family and their Bernese mountain dog. She loves exploring the outdoors, whether hiking trails, paddle boarding, or enjoying a good book with a cup of coffee.
