Jayna Rupley, PA-C

Jayna Rupley, PA-C is a member of Summit Health’s internal medicine and weight management teams. Ms. Rupley completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia in Athens and received her Master of Science, in Health Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies, at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Ms. Rupley has been certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. While working as a physician assistant during a surgical clerkship, Ms. Rupley participated as first and second assist in general, bariatric, and colorectal surgeries. She credits her previous experience for laying the groundwork for her patient care methods, giving her the knowledge to devise individualized treatment plans equipping them with the confidence they need to improve their overall health.

Ms. Rupley strongly believes that providing for patients, as part of a health care team, leads to better patient satisfaction and higher quality of care. Ms. Rupley is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Oregon Society of Physician Assistants.

In her spare time, Ms. Rupley looks forward to exploring the many hiking trails Central Oregon has to offer. Snowshoeing, snowboarding and paddle boarding with her fiancé are other activities she enjoys.

Ms. Rupley is seeing new patients in our Medical Weight Loss (Bariatric Surgery) area.
