Tara Hardinge, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Summit Health Urgent Care. Her areas of interests are caring for chronic and immediate health conditions including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, among other medical conditions. Tara attended California State University, Fullerton for her undergraduate education, and later went on to earn her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Heritage University in Washington.
Tara was drawn to a medical career from having a passion for bridging the gap in health care and providing access to those in need. Her philosophy is centered around the patient where she can provide the tools they need to reach their health goals. “Educating my patients and allowing them to have enough information to share the decision making in their health is most important to me,” Tara says.
When not seeing her patients, Tara enjoys fly fishing, hiking and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
