Kristin Stratton, MD is a member of Summit Health’s Internal Medicine and Weight Management teams. Dr. Stratton is also a member of Summit Health’s leadership team serving as Section Chief of Primary Care, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, and Hospitalists.

Board-certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Stratton received her degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed her residency and chief residency through the University of Colorado Internal Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Stratton has held many academic and faculty positions including, Assistant Professor at University of Colorado School of Medicine, Director of Quality and Clinical Systems Improvement at the University of Colorado Internal Medicine Residency Program, Director of Medical Student Education at Denver VA Medical Clinic (DVAMC), and Co-Director of Resident Education at DVAMC.

Dr. Stratton also leads Summit Health’s Medical Weight Loss program alongside Dr. Stephen Archer, head of Summit’s Surgical Weight Loss.

Dr. Stratton is seeing new patients in our medical weight loss (Bariatric Surgery) area.
