Patients who need urgent medical care (except prescription refills) when the Clinic is closed may reach their doctor or the on-call physician by dialing the main Summit Health telephone number, 541-382-2811. The Clinic’s answering service will help you by contacting the physician on call. 

Please only use the after-hours on-call service for medical issues. We will not refill prescriptions via the medical after-hours line.

In addition, Urgent Care is open evenings and weekends, and no appointment is necessary.

Summit Health Orgeon’s Virtual Visit service goes beyond telehealth and offers a face-to-face virtual interaction via video connection between the patient and Summit Health provider. It offers convenience and the same quality care while avoiding the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses. All that is required is a MyChart account and a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a microphone and camera.

Call a Summit Health care team member at 541-706-2319 to schedule your virtual visit.

Step 2

Ensure you can successfully log into MyChart on the device you will be using for the virtual visit by following the instructions for your device.

Step 3

Your Summit Health care team will contact you before your visit to complete the virtual rooming process and connect you to the visit with your provider. The care team will walk you through the connection steps for your device at that time. If you will be using your phone for your virtual visit, please do not start the visit in MyChart until your care team instructs you to do so.

If you can’t keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible, and we’ll help you reschedule. Please remember that not showing up for your appointment or canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation charge.

Please contact your pharmacy directly for all prescription refills. Your pharmacy will communicate and work with Summit Health on the details of your prescription.
