Do you like strawberry milkshakes? What about caramel? Try this sweet mixture with a strawberry, caramel milkshake.
- 1/2 lb of halved strawberries
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup of low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce
Put strawberries, ice cream and milk into a blender and purée until smooth. In 2 serving glasses, alternate layers of milk shake with layers of caramel or drizzle caramel into the glasses while pouring the milk shake. Caramel will freeze up slightly as it combines with the cold strawberry milk shake to create the swirled effect.
